In the summers 1992, 1993, and 1994 I went on the "Beyond Malibu" hikes. They are ten or eleven days of B.C. Coastal mountain hiking around Princess Louisa Inlet (a few hundred kilometers north of Vancouver). These photos are from my 1994 trip.

In the distance is Jervis Inlet.

 

Our team ascends our first peak. It's difficult to tell from this angle, but this hill is steep and goes forever.
